Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will be starring alongside Sara Ali Khan and South Indian star Dhanush in their new film titled ‘Atrangi Re’. The film which is being directed by Aanand L Rai will see Akshay Kumar sharing screen space with Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush for the first time.

Atrangi Re is an AR Rahman Musical which is written by National Award winning writer Himanshu Sharma. The film is slated to release on Valentine’s 2021. Akshay Kumar is excited  about the collaboration with Aanand L Rai and was quoted saying ‘I have always admired the way he showcases his stories and I am thrilled to be working with him’. Announcing the film, T Series released a video where names of the cast and crew alongside the films title were announced.
