Method:

  • Grind the cloves, and put them aside.
  • Boil a cup of water in a pan, add a tea bag & cloves
  • Let the solution come to a boil.
  • Let it cool and strain the tea
  • Add honey as per your taste, and enjoy.

Tip: Have the tea in the morning every day for maximum results.
