As we approach August, we could all use some extra inspiration to the maximize the limited summer sunshine. We could include short day trips, picnic lunches, hiking, seeing family, and enjoying the pool in our plans for staycation.

Here are some ideas to carve out summer fun on your own: register for an outdoor yoga and/or zumba class, take a drive to a winery or just read a book in your own backyard!
