Start with a welcome reception featuring a vegetarian antipasto and Raspberry Rose sparkling cocktail, before six delicious wine-paired courses on the outdoor, wrap-around terrace. Niagara Parks Culinary is proud to offer local Niagara wines to complement a fresh, garden-inspired menu.
Each course is paired with a local VQA wine from incredible Niagara wineries.
Chef Sidney Krick
Niagara-born Chef Sidney Krick began his culinary journey over 30 years ago at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake. His expertise is evident in every dish he creates, whether its serving visitors from around the world or catering weddings and special events at beautiful Niagara Parks venues.
As a Master Taster, Chef Sid lends his passion for wine to the Garden to Table dinner with expertly selected Niagara VQA wines with every course.
The VenueQueen Victoria Place Restaurant
Constructed in 1904, this stately building features a distinctive green copper roof and walls of boulder stones that came from the riverbed just south of the Horseshoe Falls. Over the decades, the structure of Queen Victoria Place was remodeled several times, but much of the original material still exists.
Today, this modern yet rustic restaurant offers a locally sourced menu, Niagara VQA wine list and diverse craft beer selection. Seating for this event is outdoors on the covered, heated terrace.
