A sweet and exciting spring on the Plains of Abraham!

The Plains of Abraham is celebrating maple sugaring season by offering free maple taffy on the weekends of March 19-20, March 26-27, and April 2-3. This sweet snack will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 4 pm near the warming station at the Joan of Arc Garden. Warm drinks and other products by Fastoche will be available for purchase. This delicious new activity marks the beginning of spring on the Plains!

Our fan-favourite treasure hunt, The Landscape Architect and the Hidden Treasure, returns on April 15 with its mystery map and fun puzzles. Accompanied by their parents, children ages 5 to 10 can explore little-known parts of the park in a quest full of surprises. Meanwhile, teens and adults of all ages can test their skills with the Escape Rallies, starting on April 29. These outdoor escape games, which combine challenges with the history of the Plains, are a perfect way to enjoy nature in the city with family, friends, or colleagues.

Entry to the Plains of Abraham Museum is free for everyone under the age of 17 until March 20 as part of spring break. The Battles 1759-1760 and Identities exhibits will immerse people of all ages into the history of the city of Québec through an immersive projection, interactive games, and artefacts from the Park’s archaeological collection.
