The film is a unique historical chronicle of the enduring love affair between The Beatles and India that started more than half a century ago.

Brought to you by BritBox, the film, a brainchild of producer Reynold D’Silva, is inspired by director  Ajoy Bose’s book “Across The Universe – The Beatles In India” (Penguin Random House, 2018). The UK premiere of the film took place on June 6, 2021 at the British Film Institute (BFI) on the closing night of the UK Asian Film Festival 2021. It won two awards: “Best Film Audience Choice” and “Best Music.”
